The commerce department consists of six qualified teachers to focus on the different teaching and learning methods available for commerce student’s .The department facilitates learning for commercial studies at years 9 & 10 and Accounting and Economics at years 11, 12 & 13.

Our department marked International Day of Happiness in term 1 on the theme “Be Mindful, Be Grateful, Be Kind”. Our department also marked the World Food Safety Day in Term 2 on the theme “Food Standards Save Lives”. Despite challenges, team work and unity has geared the department towards further improving the exam results at the end of this year.

Finally, my hearty gratitude goes to the principal Mrs. Shabinah Ali and her administrative team and the department members for their continuous guidance and support to the department requisites. My special thanks also go to all the students and parents for participating in all the activities organized by the Commerce Department.
