MISSION 

To promote PEMAC as a critical learning stage where students are able to adapt to socio economic environment and perform in different physical education activities strengthening their holistic development.

VISION: Quality education for all students to develop positive attitude in order to participate in maximum Physical Education activities.

PEMAC department consist of two specialist and ten non specialist teachers who assist in the P.E. practical classes.

Physical Education

Physical Education plays a vital role in shaping not only the body but also the mind. Through various sports and fitness activities, students develop stamina, discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities. This year, our PE sessions were filled with energetic games, athletics, team sports, indoor games, and fitness drills that encouraged student to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Competitions and inter house and zonal meet created a spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie among learners.

Performing art

Music has always been a universal language of joy and expression. Our music classes provided students with the opportunity to explore melody, rhythm, and harmony. From vocal training to learning instruments names, drawings, students showcased their creativity and passion. School and special assemblies and cultural programs gave budding singers the platform to sing anthem, college prayer song “naath”, inspiring others and adding a soulful touch to school life.

Visual art

Art and Craft nurtures imagination and allows students to express themselves beyond words. This year, students engaged in drawing, painting, weaving, printing, carving, and creative crafts using eco-friendly materials. The art work displayed their talent and innovation, leaving everyone impressed and satisfaction. These activities not only enhance fine motor skills but also foster patience, focus, and originality. In addition, Physical Education, performing art, and visual art are essential in shaping well-rounded individuals. They help students explore their potential, build confidence, and develop a balanced outlook towards life. Together, these co-curricular activities make learning joyful, meaningful, and memorable.

Finally, I would like to thank the school Principal and her dedicated administrative team for their ongoing support and guidance and wish every student all the very best in the external and internal examination.
